You will collect, clean, and validate data from multiple systems, build dashboards, and perform statistical analysis to surface trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data-related field or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Working knowledge of Python or R for analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and data quality discipline.
• Experience supporting government or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple agency systems.
• Build dashboards and recurring reports that track mission performance.
• Perform statistical analysis to surface trends and anomalies.
• Translate stakeholder questions into clear analytical requirements.
• Document data definitions, sources, and methodology.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
