Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in a data analytics role.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Strong research and project management skills, with an emphasis on collaboration and work ethic.
• Exceptional written and oral communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working in an executive, fast-paced office with tight deadlines.
• High commitment to confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Occasional travel; must have proof of valid driver’s license and current auto insurance and provide own transportation when on company business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to prioritize key data sources, define performance measures, and create dashboards and reports.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Support analysis that surfaces patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand data needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Maintain data privacy and security compliance during all data handling and processing activities.
• Optimize and automate analysis processes to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to written reports, summaries, and presentations as needed.
• Identify and interpret trends in complex data sets and communicate results.
• Use judgment to select methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results.
• Develop and maintain strategies to track progress toward data department goals.
• Serve as a point of contact for data access, ad hoc reporting, and data visualization requests.
