USfalcon is seeking a Data Analyst, Craftsman to support USSTRATCOM at Offutt AFB, NE. The role focuses on design, management, analysis, and visualization of large data sets to deliver decision-support products for senior leaders and assessment stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will bring Python, R, SQL, and BI tool expertise, with ML experience, and a track record of leading projects and delivering actionable analytics in a secure environment.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years designing and implementing data collection strategies and analyzing large datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects.
• Expertise in Python, R, BI tools, and data cleaning/wrangling.
• Proficient in SQL database management.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
• Direct experience developing Machine Learning models.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage structured data systems for accuracy and scalability.
• Create tools and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Apply statistical methods and ML to identify patterns and forecasts.
• Generate tailored reports for diverse leadership levels.
• Collaborate in iterative cycles to refine analytics deliverables.
• Develop interfaces and connectors between data repositories and visualization platforms.
