Aptiv is seeking a high-energy, top performer to join its Global Legal & Compliance Team in New York City, supporting the Global Compliance, Regulatory & Risk Teams. The role reports to the Vice President, Chief Compliance, Regulatory & Risk Counsel.

Your Role

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks in support of the Compliance, Regulatory, and Risk Teams.
• Leverage data analytics and technology to mitigate legal and compliance risks, aligning with Aptiv’s values and commitment to integrity.
• Design reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and translate regulatory requirements into processes and workflows.
• Assist in optimizing the deployment, usage, and administration of legal and compliance technology, including automation and AI tools.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years in compliance data analysis or similar roles.
• Experience in law firms and/or multinational companies preferred.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and other data visualization tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data accurately.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Pay range: $100,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience.
