Job summary

Banner Quality Management, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Corporate Business Office at NSWC Crane. You will design, develop, and implement advanced data analytics, reporting solutions, and BI tools to support program performance, cost management, and schedule tracking.

The role emphasizes data visualization, data architecture, and business systems analysis, with strong communication to diverse audiences and a Secret clearance requirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a data analytics, information systems, business, engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, and database management.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Secret level Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement a suite of Power BI dashboards to meet program and stakeholder requirements.
• Connect to authoritative data sources and migrate legacy Excel-based data into enhanced database solutions.
• Develop visualizations to track contract performance, cost, and schedule metrics.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline data processing workflows.
• Create and document standardized dashboard development and delivery processes.
• Oversee and manage CBO systems and tools including: user and customer management systems, data repositories and databases, dashboards and reporting tools, collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
• Perform system upgrades and enhancements to improve capability and efficiency; provide user support and interface assistance.
• Develop and deliver training related to business systems and tools.
• Support NSWC Crane’s data strategy initiatives, data architecture, and data standards.
