Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Data Analyst to organize, analyze, and present information for business use. You will participate in requirements, design evolving analytics solutions, including dashboards and reports, and work with developers and data engineers to deliver reliable data products.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field and 3+ years supporting analytics and reporting. Compensation includes a base salary with annual bonus and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at technical and business levels.
• Working knowledge of T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce report creation and CRM Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI Report Server.
• Experience with multiple reporting, dashboard, and data platforms.
• Accomplished in gathering and documenting detailed requirements.
• Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to new software applications and products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative reporting, dashboard, and analytics solutions for internal and external users.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal clients and team members.
• Participate in data governance discussions and activities.
• Collaborate with developers and data engineers to understand data structures and requirements.
• Report status to stakeholders, sponsors, and leadership across the organization.
• Support SDLC compliance and related obligations.
• Train users on applications, reporting, and dashboards.
• Contribute to QA/QC practices and metrics on assignments.
• Promote CoreSite culture and guiding principles.
• Handle additional projects and duties as assigned.
