Qualifications

• 3+ years as Data Analyst or similar role with automation experience.
• Experience building automated data pipelines and ETL processes.

Responsibilities

• Document and map current data flow including inputs, transformations, manual steps, and outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their process requirements and translate them into automated solutions.
• Redesign and implement automation using Python and SQL, eliminating fragile spreadsheet logic and replacing manual work with production-ready scripts.
• Automate data ingestion, cleaning, transformation, and delivery across multiple sources.
• Build validation checks to ensure the automated output matches and improves on the manual process.
• Develop reports, dashboards, or templates so non-technical stakeholders can consume outputs without touching raw data.
• Document the new workflow clearly and enable handoff to the broader team.
