Our global SaaS client seeks a contract Workday Data Analyst. This is a fully remote role.

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the successful implementation of Workday as our new Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This is a critical role in shaping the future of our Talent Acquisition data strategy—ensuring our system is built for scale, insight, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has experience working with HR systems, understands field mapping and data architecture, and can translate data into actionable insights. You’ll partner closely with the Talent Acquisition, People Technology, and People Analytics teams to ensure accurate data migration, thoughtful dashboard creation, and a long-term reporting roadmap.

Contract Duration: 12-Months

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in Talent Acquisition or HR environments.
• Strong familiarity with ATS systems; Workday experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Workday Prism).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with field mapping, data dictionaries, and data migration.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in global organizations with multi-region data compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with recruiting operations, workflows, and metrics.
• Understanding of data governance and security best practices.

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities

ATS Field Mapping & Data Integrity

• Take lead on all data implementation and future roadmap for Talent Acquisition and define and map fields in Workday.
• Ensure data integrity throughout system migration and validate accuracy post-implementation.
• Identify gaps in data and recommend solutions to enable reporting and operational efficiency.
• Design and build dashboards to track recruiting performance metrics (e.g., time to fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Create both tactical and strategic reports for varying stakeholder levels, including TA leadership and business executives.

Reporting Roadmap & Insights

• Develop a scalable reporting roadmap for Talent Acquisition, considering short-term needs and long-term goals.
• Provide insights that drive data-informed decisions across sourcing, hiring, diversity, and candidate experience.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure analytics needs are embedded throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Document data workflows, reporting requirements, and dashboard specifications for long-term reference.
