Data Analyst (ADMINISTRATOR III SUPERVISOR)

Join to apply for the Data Analyst (ADMINISTRATOR III SUPERVISOR) role at Maryland Military Department.

This position is part of the Family Investment Administration (FIA) in Baltimore, MD, and involves performing data collection, analysis, and visualization to support FIA projects and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify trends in customer outcomes, employee productivity, and vendor performance.
  • Support data management and analysis efforts, including cleaning and organizing datasets from QLIK and WORKS apps.
  • Develop and present performance indicators and insights to senior leadership.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives through data analysis and platform development.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalency; six years of relevant work experience.
  • Substitutions allowed: college credits, degrees, or military service experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik.
  • Experience training staff and collaborating with partners on human service solutions.
Additional Requirements
  • Valid Maryland driver’s license if operating a vehicle.
