• Collect, validate, analyze, and maintain facilities, maintenance, project, asset, financial, and operational data from multiple systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, performance metrics, and executive reports using business intelligence and AI-powered tools.
• Support facilities management, space planning, asset management, sustainability initiatives, and capital projects through data analysis and reporting.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and process improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Real Estate, Operations, Finance, EHS, IT, and external partners to improve reporting standards, data quality, and business processes.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, facilities management, real estate operations, maintenance planning, project controls, business intelligence, or related fields.

What Sets You Apart

• Proficiency with Power BI, AI-enabled analytics tools, Excel, databases, and reporting platforms.
• Knowledge of facilities, maintenance, asset management, capital projects, and operational performance metrics.
• Experience with AutoCAD, CMMS, space management, or asset management systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to support cross-functional teams and business initiatives.
