Job summary

E-INFOSOL LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a motivated Data Analyst to join our team, focusing on turning data into actionable insights for executive audiences.

You will extract data from multiple databases, build Power BI reports, and create executive briefs, supporting policy and program decisions with rigorous analysis.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant field and TS clearance eligibility; strong Excel, Pivot, and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, MBA, or master’s degree from an accredited college or university in economics, Data Analytics, or other relevant analytical, scientific, or data-based Bachelors of science degree.
  • Top Secret clearance required with SCI/CI Poly eligibility.

Responsibilities

  • Write executive-level briefing papers to succinctly explain program data, requirements, issues, and recommendations.
  • Support the research and documenting of Branch-level policy drafts and updates, technical and programmatic status papers, classification evaluations, memorandums of understanding (MOUs), final responses for taskers and RFIs containing written justifications and data requirements, and other analytical products for executive-level audiences.
  • Coordinate and partner with internal/external divisions to collect task responses and provide Branch approved submissions to internal and external requests for information (RFIs).
  • Brief management on status, issues, and options for programs and projects.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to analyze and evaluate data, identify issues, and formulate recommendations for presentation.
  • Extract source data from multiple databases.
  • Accurately manipulate data in spreadsheets and pivot tables as an analytical tool and to create Power BI reports with demonstrative graphics and tables for briefing products.
  • Research and analyze prior and current practices, guidance, policies, and regulations that informs the analysis of options.
  • Update and maintain the Branch tasking system with tasker requests and final approved submissions.
  • Attend meetings and routinely draft meeting notes summarizing topics, outcomes, and follow‑up items.

Summary

E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Data Analyst to join our growing team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Write executive-level briefing papers to succinctly explain program data, requirements, issues, and recommendations.

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s, MBA, or master’s degree from an accredited college or university in economics, Data Analytics, or other relevant analytical, scientific, or data-based Bachelors of science degree.

  • Top Secret clearance required with SCI/CI Poly eligibility.


Required Technical Experience


  • Minimum 5 years expert experience in federal government (intelligence, defense, law enforcement community) leading and/or coordinating multiple, complex projects with frequent aggressive and/or competing deadlines.

  • Minimum 3 years experience researching, analyzing, and coordinating content for policy drafts and updates, technical and programmatic status papers, classification evaluations, memorandums of understanding (MOUs), and other analytical products for executive-level and external agency audiences.

  • Minimum 3 years experience writing and producing data/resource-focused summary papers, reports, and briefs containing written analyses, justifications, and graphics describing data related to operational outcomes, such as policy/congressional justifications, mission summaries, and talking points for executive-level and external agency audiences.

  • Minimum 3 years experience applying operational objectives/outcomes to fiscal goals.

  • Minimum 3 years experience using MS Excel spreadsheets and pivot tables, Power BI reports, PowerPoint presentations and demonstrative graphics, Word documents, and SharePoint lists and workflow tools.

  • Minimum 3 years experience successfully working at an Executive Staff-level .

  • Minimum 1 year experience writing reports and presenting briefing materials.

  • Writing sample required.


Preferred Technical Experience


  • 5 years experience using MS Excel as an analytical tool.

  • 5 years experience with federal planning, programming, and evaluation/execution processes and principles.

  • 5 years experience writing resource justifications for Congressional, OMB, DOJ, and ODNI audiences.
