E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a highly experienced Cloud Developer to join our Washington, DC team as a full-time member. You will architect and implement cloud service delivery models (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, DaaS) across multi-cloud environments with a focus on security and compliance.

The role requires deep expertise in AWS and Google Cloud, Terraform, Docker/Kubernetes, and DevSecOps, plus a track record of large-scale cloud migrations and optimization. A Top-Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with capability to obtain SCI/CI Poly if needed to meet contract requirements.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in addition to AWS expertise.
• Expert-level understanding of AWS cloud platform and services.
• Knowledge of GCP core services (Compute Engine, VPC, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud IAM).
• Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and serverless architectures.

E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Cloud Developerto be a full-time employee in Washington, DC to join our innovative and customer solutions focused team.

Position Overview

The Cloud Developer is responsible for developing cloud service delivery models and architectural framework to enable Platform as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and Data as a Service (DaaS). This role is responsible for driving cloud adoption, optimization, and innovation across the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker who can lead solutioning efforts, improve efficiencies across work streams, and optimize cloud resources while maintaining a strong focus on security and compliance. AWS is the primary cloud platform for this role; candidates should also bring working experience with Google Cloud Platform to support multi-cloud initiatives.

• Develop and implement cloud strategies by expert-guidance on complex architectures and systems.
• Drive efficiency improvements across multiple work streams, optimizing processes and cloud resource utilization.
• Develop and implement cost optimization strategies for cloud resources, ensuring maximum value from cloud landscape.
• Provide strategies for failure/recovery, cost optimization, and benefit analyses for cloud, cloud-agnostic, and on-premises services.
• Manage policies for cloud service usage, new technology requests, and ensure the establishment of a secure cloud environment.
• Ensure appropriate availability and uptime design for cloud services.
• Work independently to design and develop new software products or major enhancements to existing cloud software.
• Debug cloud stacks and manage cloud infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain a zero-trust architecture in cloud environments, ensuring robust security.
• Analyze and lead the development and implementation of cloud applications, including the migration of existing on-premises applications to the cloud.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), in addition to primary AWS expertise.
• Expert-level understanding of AWS cloud platform and service offerings.
• Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) core services (e.g., Compute Engine, VPC, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL/BigQuery, Cloud IAM), sufficient to support multi-cloud or migration workstreams.
• Expert in DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform).
• Strong knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures. AWS EKS experience preferred.
• Expertise in implementing and managing zero trust architectures in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Solid understanding of network security principles and cloud-native security tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver large-scale cloud migration and optimization projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in developing and implementing cloud governance policies and security frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
• Relevant cloud certifications are highly desirable (AWS certifications preferred; Google Professional Cloud Architect/Developer a plus).
• Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures is a plus.
