Responsibilities

Описание: We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset to join our project. The ideal candidate will focus on transforming data into actionable insights, supporting business decision-making through analysis, reporting, and data visualization.

Take ownership of data analysis initiatives, demonstrating a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach. Analyze, transform, and interpret complex datasets to generate meaningful insights and support data-driven business decisions. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Design, build, and maintain efficient data queries, data models, and datasets using Cloud tools. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities. Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability through validation, monitoring, documentation and labeling of datasets. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs, enabling business users to monitor performance and make informed decisions. Use big data frameworks and cloud-based technologies to process and analyze large volumes of structured and semi-structured data. Clearly communicate insights, findings, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Promote a data-driven culture by supporting best practices in analytics, reporting, and data governance.

Требования:

Proven experience of +8 years in Data Analyst roles. Strong proficiency in SQL, with proven hands-on experience working with large datasets. Experience with Python for data analysis and data preparation or equivalent distributed platform (e.g. Pandas, PySpark). Familiarity with data science algorythms( Supervised/Unsupervised) Strong experience in creating and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, enabling data storytelling and performance monitoring. Good understanding of data modeling concepts, KPIs, and business metrics. Knowledge of basic statistical concepts (descriptive statistics, trend analysis, hypothesis testing) applied to business analysis. Experience working with large-scale data environments and cloud-based data warehouses. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights in a clear and concise manner. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Academic background in Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Mandatory fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Будет плюсом: Familiarity with other cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is considered a bonus; Familiarity with version control tools (e.g. Git) and,data pipeline and CI/CD concepts is a plus
