Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. ищет Lead Data Engineer (f/m/d) в США. Вы будете использовать Python и AWS CDK для разработки архитектур и инструментов данных, анализировать продукты и предлагать улучшения совместно с командой продукта.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Вестись как наставник для других data-инженеров в команде и поддерживать проекты.
• Участвовать в управлении продуктом и проектах, работая с продуктовой командой над улучшением продукта и его данных.

Dive into analyzing and evaluating our products to align with D&A’s current and future needs, identifying performance opportunities that drive impactful results. Collaborate closely with the product team to provide valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Develop reusable components, standardized templates, and reference architectures to apply data & analytics best practices consistently. Drive the data tooling and processes in the team to support the project delivery Build strong business relationships, translating client needs into actionable requirements in terms of data management. Being a lead to the other data engineers in the team. Mentoring, supporting projects across the team and working on your own projects. Engage in product and project management, collaborating with the product team to enhance product understanding and performance around data.

Требования:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field; Extensive hands-on experience collaborating with product teams, including product management, engineering, design, data science, and data engineering. Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate results effectively. At least 3 years’ experience as a senior/lead data engineer. Proven expertise in Python and AWS CDK; primary focus on AWS as cloud infrastructure with proven recent experience in infrastructure design. Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate a global and multicultural environment.
