Job summary

Promise Group приглашает специалиста по Data & AI для разработки решений на базе Power BI и Fabric. Ваша роль — проектирование семантических моделей, создание сложных DAX-мер и построение масштабируемых отчетов Power BI для клиентов в разных секторах. Вы будете работать с заказчиками, участвовать в presales и внедрении AI-решений.

Кандидат должен иметь 5+ лет опыта и уверенный английский (B2+). Гибридный или удалённый формат работы, возможность работы над международными проектами.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в Data Engineering, BI, Data & Analytics или аналогичной роли.
• Глубокий практический опыт Power BI, включая проектирование семантической модели и моделирование данных (star schema, relationships, calculation groups).
• Сильные навыки DAX — уверенное написание сложных измерений.
• Отличное владение SQL.
• Разработка и работа с Microsoft Fabric (lakehouses, pipelines, notebooks).
• Умение работать в PySpark notebook без полного владения — чтение, адаптация и устранение проблем.
• Практический опыт разработки Data Agents в Microsoft Fabric.
• Опыт развёртывания AI-решений в бизнес-среде.
• Понимание бизнес‑потребностей и перевод их в эффективные технические решения.
• Ориентация на клиента: работа напрямую с заказчиками и создание бизнес‑ценности.
• Ответственность и готовность нести результаты.
• Проактивность: выявление проблем и возможностей, предложение решений.
• Опыт работы в IT‑сервисы/консалтингe.
• Опыт в ролях, связанных с клиентами и presales.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать Data & AI-решения для клиентов.
• Работать с заказчиками, превращая их бизнес-потребности в эффективные технические решения.
• Выступать как технический советник, предлагать решения и новые возможности.
• Дизайн, построение и поддержка семантических моделей в Power BI с фокусом на лучшие практики моделирования.
• Разработка сложных DAX-мер и логики расчётов.
• Создавать и поддерживать качественные, масштабируемые отчёты Power BI и панели.
• Использовать SQL для анализа, трансформации и подготовки данных.
• Работа в Microsoft Fabric для поддержки BI-решений — lakehouses, dataflows, pipelines.
• Использование ноутбуков (PySpark/SQL) в Fabric для инспекции и лёгких трансформаций.
• Разрабатывать Data Agents в Fabric.
• Участвовать в разработке и развёртывании AI-решений.
• Сотрудничать с Data Engineers, BI Developers, архитекторами и другими специалистами.
• Участвовать в встречах с клиентами и presales.
• Брать на себя ответственность за решения от дизайна до внедрения и эксплуатации.
• Эффективно устранять проблемы и повышать качество решений.
• Делиться знаниями и развивать Data & AI best practices.
• Помогать менее опытным членам команды.

• Design and develop Data & AI solutions for our customers.
• Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, proactively recommending solutions, improvements and new opportunities.
• Design, build and maintain semantic models in Power BI, with a strong focus on data modelling best practices.
• Develop advanced DAX measures and calculation logic to support complex business reporting needs.
• Build and maintain high-quality, scalable Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Use SQL to analyse, transform and prepare data feeding into your models.
• Work within Microsoft Fabric to support, extend and troubleshoot your BI solutions - lakehouses, dataflows, pipelines.
• Use notebooks (PySpark/SQL) within Microsoft Fabric to inspect and perform light data transformations.
• Develop and work with Data Agents in Microsoft Fabric.
• Participate in the development and deployment of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers, Architects and other technical specialists.
• Participate in customer meetings and presales activities.
• Take ownership of technical solutions from design through implementation and deployment.
• Troubleshoot existing solutions and continuously look for ways to improve their performance, quality and usability.
• Share knowledge and contribute to the development of Data & AI best practices and capabilities within the team.
• Support and mentor less experienced team members.

Требования:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, BI, Data & Analytics or a similar technical role.
• Deep, hands‑on experience with Power BI, including semantic model design and data modelling (star schema, relationships, calculation groups, etc.).
• Strong DAX skills - comfortable writing complex measures, not just basic aggregations.
• Solid working knowledge of SQL.
• Working familiarity with Microsoft Fabric (lakehouses, pipelines, notebooks).
• Comfortable navigating a PySpark notebook even without fluency - willing to read, adapt, and troubleshoot code.
• Hands‑on experience developing Data Agents in Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with deploying AI solutions in a business or customer environment.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Customer‑oriented mindset: you enjoy working directly with customers and focus on creating business value, not just delivering technical requirements.
• Strong sense of ownership and willingness to take responsibility for solutions and outcomes.
• Proactive approach: you identify problems and opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Experience working in an IT services or consulting environment.
• Experience in customer‑facing roles and participating in presales activities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English (at least B2).
