Job summary

System One is seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to support complex data, analytics, and information management initiatives within the healthcare payer domain. The role partners with business and technical teams to deliver scalable analytical solutions and actionable insights using SQL, ETL, and data management technologies.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in healthcare payer data analysis, strong SQL/PL-SQL/Oracle skills, and hands-on ETL experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a Healthcare Payer environment.
• Advanced expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle.
• 5+ years of hands-on ETL development and data engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with Teradata.
• 7+ years of experience in: Functional Analysis, Gap Analysis, Business Requirements Gathering & Definition.
• Experience creating: Technical Specifications, Test Cases, Test Plans.
• Strong documentation, QA, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technical teams to deliver scalable analytical solutions and actionable insights.
• Improve data quality and data management across systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and test artifacts.
• Support testing, troubleshoot production issues, and assist in issue resolution.
• Provide analytical insights using SQL, ETL, and data management technologies.
