Job summary

VeeRteq Solutions Inc. is seeking a senior Data Analyst to join an Agile team focused on healthcare applications and feature development while adhering to strong coding and development standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, with deep knowledge of HL7/FHIR, and strong stakeholder engagement to drive requirements and design decisions across multiple healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years' experience as a senior Data Analyst in the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of FHIR and HL7 messaging protocols is required.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build source-to-target mappings using HL7/FHIR messaging protocols.
• Analyze processes and interactions between healthcare systems.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements elicitation with stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and document analyses and decisions.
• Ensure organization, time management, and documentation of work products.

Role: Data analyst

As a Data Analyst you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .

Responsibilities:

Minimum 7-10 years' experience as a senior Data Analyst in the healthcare sector.

Knowledge of FHIR

Excellent skills building source to target mappings using hl7/FHIR messaging protocols, technical and functional requirements and conducting analysis in a healthcare setting.

Experience analyzing processes and understanding the interactions between various healthcare systems.

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including facilitating discovery sessions, workshops, developing agendas, requirements elicitation, and facilitating collaboration across a variety of stakeholder groups.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organization and time management and documentation skills.

Experience analyzing processes and understanding the interactions between various healthcare systems.

Educational Qualifications: -

Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
