As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• SQL & Data Management
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data validation.
  • Support data validation processes to detect inconsistencies, missing values, and anomalies, ensuring data integrity.
  • Monitor Tableau pipelines, extract refreshes, and data connections for accuracy.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (mainly in Tableau) to highlight key insights.
• Assist in optimizing existing dashboards and proposing improvements based on best practices.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and ensure dashboards meet business needs.
• Communication & Documentation
  • Communicate insights and action items through storytelling.
  • Document methodologies and findings to enhance team knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain and improve data documentation to ensure clarity and consistency across reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in data analysis and business intelligence.

What will make us choose you?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis.
• Strong analytical capabilities to be able to use diverse datasets to identify insights.
• Problem-solving skills to be able to make recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to present ideas clearly to senior management and the data team.
• 2+ years of experience working with different relational databases and warehouses like SQL Server, Big Query, Snowflake, Redshift (preferred).
• Experience working with diverse data sources like Google Analytics, APIs, and social media.
