Job description

This role supports investigative analytics and security intelligence monitoring by building data and AI workflows.

  • Investigative data analysis by pulling and reconciling data across multiple systems
  • Apply statistical and machine-learning techniques to build scalable systems
  • Maintain and update live data pipelines, and operationalize new pipelines as additional data sources are identified within deliverables
  • Analyze and extract insights from large volumes of the client’s historical business data to automate and optimize key processes
  • Design, develop, and evaluate predictive models for predictive learning
  • Create scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data analysis, model development, validation, and implementation
  • Build SOPs for gathering data and searching specific systems
  • Produce and resolve control monitoring reports as part of ongoing oversight
  • Use analytical problem-solving skills to authenticate customers
  • Design, build, and deploy AI-based analytical workflows for security intelligence monitoring, anomaly detection, and reporting
  • Build LLM-powered tools and agentic pipelines to automate security intelligence tasks
  • Develop, test, and refine prompts for AI/LLM applications
  • Fine-tune models on domain-specific data to improve accuracy, relevance, and consistency for security and compliance use cases
  • Set up evaluation frameworks and QC processes including accuracy benchmarks, hallucination checks, and bias/drift monitoring
  • Use modern software practices such as version control, code review, and testing to build maintainable, production-grade data and AI pipelines
  • Design and support CI/CD pipeline automation for deployment of models and data pipelines
  • Support infrastructure management for data/AI systems, including cloud resources, containerization, and environment configuration
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Develop and execute service requests, including routine monitoring of online platforms for potential security and operational hazards, escalation procedures, and data report creation
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology (IT), Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent military/professional training
  • 3-5 years of Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Machine Learning experience
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, querying databases, familiarity with analytics tools, and statistical techniques
  • Experience building data pipelines from diverse sources, including APIs and Structured Databases
  • Strong expertise in data transformation, processing, and visualization
  • Self-motivated team player with flexibility to work various shifts, deliver high-quality results, and assist with overtime as applicable
  • Maintain required state guard card and client-requested certifications (employee responsible for documentation and fees)
