The Research Analyst (Participant Recruitment & Engagement Specialist) supports the Rural Health Transformation Program by conducting education and credential pathway analysis. The Analyst contributes to dashboards, tables, and analytic outputs, ensuring consistency in methods and findings. The position also maintains data dictionaries, validation logs, and supporting documentation to ensure analyses are transparent, reproducible, and audit-ready. Working closely with community colleges and education partners, the Analyst serves as a point of contact for clarifying program structures, credential requirements, and reporting conventions. The role supports the standardization of institutional data submissions and helps partners understand how their data inform statewide workforce and program evaluation efforts. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
