Job summary

Orion Worldwide is seeking a data analytics professional to transform complex data into actionable insights supporting spend, performance, compliance, and operational efficiency across our global media operations.

You will validate data outputs, draft user stories, and collaborate with Product and Engineering during backlog refinement and UAT while maintaining clear documentation of data limitations and dependencies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data analytics experience.
• Working knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, or other advanced analytics tools.
• Knowledge of the media landscape – including various media types.
• Strong data management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to clearly define business requirements and present to stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
• Knowledge of Salesforce/MBOX/Asana/Prisma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of business operations and support recurring and ad-hoc analysis requests related to spend, performance, compliance, or operational efficiency.
• Validate data outputs against source systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into structured analytical approaches.
• Monitor data quality issues and support root-cause analysis in partnership with product and technical teams.
• Track, document, and help triage data discrepancies or defects reported by the business.
• Assist in validating fixes across environments and confirming resolution with stakeholders.
• Draft and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria based on business and data requirements.
• Ensure stories clearly reflect business workflows, data logic, and expected analytical outputs.
• Partner with Product and Engineering during backlog refinement and UAT to validate outcomes.
• Manage data platform admin requests including account setup, granting access/permissions, troubleshooting, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

Administrative

• Manage data platform admin requests including account setup, granting access/permissions, troubleshooting, etc.

About You

• 2 or more years of data analytics experience.
• Technical understanding of data systems and platforms - working knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, or other advanced analytics tools.
• Knowledge of the media landscape – including various media types such as Digital Managed Services, Programmatic, Traditional Media, etc.
• Strong data management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to clearly define business requirements and present them to internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
• Knowledge of Salesforce/MBOX/Asana/Prisma a plus.

The salary range for this position is posted below.
