Dow Jones & Company in New York seeks a Data Analyst to support consumer product analytics across Dow Jones brands, focusing on how users engage with digital products and how changes affect engagement, retention, and subscription outcomes.
You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to define metrics, evaluate experiments, and translate data into actionable recommendations that improve user experience and business results.
Role Purpose
The Data Analyst will support consumer product analytics across Dow Jones brands, focusing on understanding how users engage with our digital products and how product changes influence engagement, retention, and subscription outcomes.
This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to define success metrics, evaluate product performance and experiments, and uncover insights from behavioral data. The analyst will translate data into clear, actionable recommendations that help improve user experience and business outcomes.
