What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Acquire, clean, and prepare education administrative data for analysis from various countries
- Develop workflows to link EMIS data to household survey data and validate outputs
- Produce country-specific analytical products and factsheets using R programming
- Maintain transparency by publishing well-documented scripts on GitHub
- Collaborate with country offices and ministries of education to finalize and publish analysis

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced university degree in Economics, Sociology, Statistics, Education, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
- Demonstrable expertise in data analysis, particularly with strong R programming skills
- Proven experience in handling education data from household survey programs like MICS
- History of managing education data projects effectively from inception to completion
- Experience working collaboratively with Ministries of Education on data projects

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Stata and/or SPSS for data analysis
- Experience producing educational estimates from DHS and other household surveys
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality donor-specific reports and presentations
- Knowledge of reproducible research techniques and version control using GitHub
