Job summary

Employment Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to support decision-making by automating reporting, building dashboards, and delivering clear insights to leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role based in McLean, VA, offering an hourly pay range of $45.00-$53.00.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience automating processes in Excel, builds Power BI dashboards, and can validate data across multiple sources. Strong communication to executives is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience automating manual processes in Excel and performing accurate data analysis with strong attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards and visualizations, including integration with Excel data.
• Experience working with SharePoint data sources and/or file-based reporting workflows.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Strong data reconciliation skills and ability to present insights to executives.

Our client is a major financial enterprise dedicated to supporting housing markets and promoting sustainable homeownership nationwide. The Data Analyst supports business decision-making by automating reporting, building dashboards, and delivering clear, accurate insights to leadership. This is a full time contract position, onsite, based in McLean, VA, with a pay range of $45.00-$53.00 per hour.
