Job summary

Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst – Pharma & Life Sciences to turn commercial, clinical, and real-world data into insight. Build brand and field-force reporting, work with IQVIA, Symphony Health, and Komodo Health, and deliver analysis to support launches and market access.

You will handle regulated data with GxP awareness, ensure data quality, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders across commercial and medical affairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, CS, IT, analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of data analyst experience, preferably in pharma or life sciences.
• Strong SQL skills with complex joins, windows, and optimization.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and analyze pharma datasets (Rx, claims, sales) using SQL/Python.
• Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI or Tableau for brand performance.
• Work with syndicated data sources like IQVIA, Symphony Health, Komodo Health.
• Support RWE, payer analytics, and launch analytics with data integrity.
• Present findings to commercial and medical affairs stakeholders.

Job Summary

You will build brand and field-force reporting, work with industry-standard syndicated datasets, and deliver analysis that supports launch performance, market access, and compliant decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and analyze pharma commercial datasets — prescription (Rx), medical/pharmacy claims, and sales data — using SQL and Python.
• Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI or Tableau for brand performance, market share, and field-force effectiveness.
• Work with syndicated data sources such as IQVIA, Symphony Health, and Komodo Health.
• Support real-world evidence (RWE), patient-journey, and payer/market-access analytics.
• Handle clinical or regulated data with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 awareness, maintaining data integrity and traceability.
• Ensure data quality and compliance across reporting platforms.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to commercial and medical-affairs stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in pharma, biotech, or life sciences.
• Strong, hands-on SQL skills — complex joins, window functions, CTEs, and query optimization.
• Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau, plus advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
• Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical, clinical, or healthcare claims data.
• Strong analytical, data-storytelling, and stakeholder-communication skills.

Tools & Technologies You Will Use

• Syndicated & domain data: IQVIA (Xponent, DDD, LAAD), Symphony Health, Komodo Health, specialty pharmacy data.
• Domain systems: Veeva CRM, Salesforce; cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or AWS/Azure data services.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HIPAA, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 data-compliance concepts.
• Familiarity with patient-level data (PLD), longitudinal claims, or HCP/HCO master data (MDM).
• Exposure to launch analytics, forecasting, or incentive-compensation reporting.
• Certifications such as Microsoft PL-300, Tableau Desktop Specialist, or Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate are a plus.
