Job summary

Cenacle Leadership Group is seeking a Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making, improve processes, and develop reliable reporting and analytic solutions. You will work with operational, product, financial, and business data to identify trends, investigate issues, and provide insights to help teams make informed decisions.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with large datasets, translating complex information into clear recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Experience in an analytical, operations, strategy, or data-focused role.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, Excel/Sheets, and Python.
• Experience using AI tools for analysis, workflow development, automation, or generating business insights.
• Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI into professional workflows, including prompt development, model evaluation, data preparation, or workflow improvement.
• Experience working with large datasets and creating reliable dashboards or reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational, product, and financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and monitoring tools that provide visibility into business and system performance.
• Work with product, engineering, risk, compliance, and operations teams to support new initiatives, workflows, features, and policies.
• Review and improve processes involving applications, onboarding, transactions, servicing, fraud, rewards, and other stages of the customer lifecycle.
• Investigate data anomalies, system issues, and partner-related escalations to determine root causes and support corrective actions.
• Provide analytical support for forecasting, business reviews, strategic planning, and other organizational initiatives.
• Help improve data quality, documentation, reporting standards, and analytical processes.
• Manage analytical projects from initial problem definition through analysis, recommendations, and implementation.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About the Role

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with large datasets and creating reliable dashboards or reporting solutions.
• Experience with Looker, Tableau, Omni, Mode, or similar reporting and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of business processes, KPIs, and analytical frameworks.
• Ability to break down complex or ambiguous problems independently and develop structured approaches to solving them.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, operations, or other cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while taking ownership of projects.
• Excellent attention to detail, curiosity, and an interest in building reliable analytical systems and business processes.

Additional Experience That's Helpful

• Experience developing or implementing internal AI tools, automations, or agents.
• Familiarity with financial systems, reconciliation processes, or data-integrity challenges.
• Background in fintech, credit or financial systems, fraud, risk, or customer-lifecycle analytics.
