Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy advanced methods to analyze operational data and derive meaningful insights.
• Serve as a point of contact for data and analytical usage, ensuring proper application of statistical and analytical tools.
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights around operations and projects.
• Develop and implement new metrics, functions, and scripts as KPIs and in existing BI/Dashboards.
• Create ad hoc tools to support operational and analytical needs.
• Learn emerging technologies relevant to company initiatives.
• Support team communication and strategy through meetings and activities.
• Participate in project management activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred experience with Microsoft applications.
