Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Data Analyst to partner with business stakeholders, translate needs into data solutions, design metrics and dashboards, and support data quality governance. The role focuses on BI insights, data quality, metadata, lineage, and governance, with collaboration across technology teams.

This remote contract position offers a W2 arrangement with a pay rate of $40.00–$45.00/hr and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience scripting in Python, R, Spark, or SQL.
• Experience with a business intelligence visualization tool.
• Experience querying, analyzing, and working with data languages and platforms.
• Experience with Snowflake services.
• Experience with AWS services preferred.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality management concepts and tools such as Informatica DQ preferred.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma preferred.

Our client seeks a Data Analyst to partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into data solutions. The role will design metrics and dashboards, deliver business intelligence insights, and drive adherence to data quality management, metadata, lineage, and governance. The analyst will build monitoring tools for data quality and collaborate with technology teams on security and access controls.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $40.00 to $45.00/hr. w2

• Bachelor’s in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, or Computer Science, with at least 2 years of data analytics experience, or a Master’s degree obtained by the start date.
• Master’s in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics discipline preferred.
