• Proficiency in SQL; experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI); Python preferred; familiarity with Databricks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze vehicle telemetry, service logs, dispatch data, and operational metrics to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for fleet operations, safety, and engineering stakeholders.
• Define, track, and report KPIs related to fleet performance, mission success, readiness, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure datasets used for analysis are accurate, well-structured, and reliable.
• Partner with operations teams to understand reporting needs and business questions.
• Translate business needs into data insights and reporting solutions in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
• Enable self-service analytics by creating well-documented datasets, reports, and dashboards.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify inefficiencies, recurring issues, and performance gaps through data analysis.
