We are seeking a Data Analyst to support business stakeholders by transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive decision-making. This individual will spend their first several months learning the organization's systems, data sources, and business processes to develop a strong understanding of how data flows across multiple departments. Once ramped up, they will play a critical role in improving data quality, automating workflows, and developing dashboards and reports that provide clear recommendations to stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience cleaning and transforming data, building dashboards, writing SQL queries, and leveraging tools such as Alteryx to automate processes and improve reporting efficiency.

• Partner with business teams to understand reporting needs and deliver high-quality analytical solutions.
• Clean, normalize, validate, and organize data from multiple sources to improve accuracy and usability.
• Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and gaps and implement best practices for ongoing data governance.
• Design and implement repeatable processes for data cleansing and data management.
• Read, extract, and analyze data from databases using SQL queries.
• Transform raw data into meaningful datasets that support reporting and business analysis.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Utilize Alteryx or similar workflow automation tools to streamline data preparation, reporting, and analytics processes.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 1-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience building dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Experience using Alteryx or a similar platform for workflow creation, process automation, and data optimization.
• Strong SQL skills with experience writing, modifying, and optimizing database queries.
• Experience with data cleansing, normalization, transformation, and validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
