Job summary

Aleron is seeking an experienced Data Analytics Professional for a contract role in a manufacturing setting. The position focuses on turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions and drive operational performance.

You will work across data sources and reporting processes, helping to improve methods, processes, and technology solutions while collaborating with stakeholders, teams, and clients. Hybrid work with onsite and remote days is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in databases, data management systems, analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, consolidate, and interpret data to identify meaningful business insights.
• Source and manage data from primary and secondary sources, maintain databases and data systems.
• Operate, optimize, and support data management tools, applications, and databases to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Develop clear reports and communicate analytical findings to internal and external stakeholders, including management and customers.
• Contribute to projects and process improvements by developing, testing, or implementing data-driven solutions.

Compensation:$27.42-$30.14 /hr.

Schedule: 40 hrs/Week. - (1 st shift)

8AM-5PM. Hybrid, 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.
