Job summary

Accenture PLC in the United States seeks a Data & AI Strategy Principal Director to shape vision and create opportunities for data and AI to reinvent client businesses.

Lead client relationships, define and structure data/AI strategy, assess maturity, build AI-first framework and roadmaps, infuse Responsible AI, and drive large-scale delivery with 7+ years of consulting experience. Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Data and AI strategy with data management, data analysis and responsible AI.
• 7+ years of high-value consulting or equivalent internal consulting.
• 7+ years leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 7 years of large-scale delivery experience with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for data & AI led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on data & AI integration.
• Define and structure a data and AI strategy to build assets and AI technologies for growth.
• Assess maturity of an organization’s data and AI foundation.
• Define building blocks for AI-first organization including tech blueprint and operating model.
• Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap and engage ecosystem partners.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities.
• Originate new opportunities and drive sales cycles.
