Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Head of Data & AI for Electrical Products based in Peachtree Corners, GA. You will lead the IT Data & AI agenda, unlocking AI potential and translating it into measurable business value while guiding an international team of data architects, AI consultants, and developers.

You will drive architecture, governance, and platform alignment, oversee budget planning, and partner with Global Function IT to accelerate data-driven innovation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or a comparable field.
• 8+ years of strategic data and AI leadership with large-scale production experience.
• Technical and managerial leadership of international, interdisciplinary teams.
• Modern data architectures; data lake, data warehouse, lakehouse, data mesh; cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google).
• Machine learning, generative AI, enterprise architecture methods, Microsoft development stack.
• Executive-level communication and collaboration in international teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%, primarily in EMEA/Germany.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Budget and resource planning: manage budget and resources to grow the organization.
