The role emphasizes data governance, responsible AI practices, and stakeholder-facing leadership to drive high-value analytics and automation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, CS, Risk Management, or related field.
• 5 years in banking, analytics, or data governance/transformation.
• Experience shaping AI, automation, analytics, or workflow solutions with business users.
• Strong communication and executive-reporting skills.
• Experience with governance workflows and prioritization processes.
• Familiarity with risk management practices in banking.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for Data Architecture and AI program.
• Lead lifecycle management from opportunity to deployment and value realization.
• Collaborate with Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and business leaders.
• Ensure governance and control alignment with AI initiatives.
