Job summary

Cerrowire LLC, part of Marmon Holdings backed by Berkshire Hathaway, is hiring a Data & AI Solutions Developer to build governed data products, Power BI solutions, and AI tools on Fabric/Azure. You will own semantic models, BI experiences, and AI workflows from design through production, collaborating across analytics teams and plant stakeholders.

The role emphasizes secure, cost-aware AI, governance, and SDLC practices, with opportunities to mentor peers and drive scalable data/AI solutions

Qualifications

• Work authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
• 3-5 years in BI, analytics engineering, data engineering or software development.
• Strong SQL and troubleshooting of complex queries.
• Proficiency in Python for data work.
• Power BI semantic modeling and report development.
• Hands-on development of at least one generative AI solution.
• Git-based version control experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain gold-layer data products and semantic models in Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop Power BI reports and Copilot-enabled experiences.
• Implement usage telemetry and adoption dashboards for BI/AI.
• Design, build and deploy AI agents and RAG solutions on Azure AI Foundry.
• Develop embeddings and grounding strategies for AI.
• Evaluate AI solutions for quality, latency, and usability with monitoring and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Automate business processes with Power Automate and Power Apps.
