Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced analytics leader to manage and modernize enterprise BI, analytics, and AI solutions on the Microsoft Fabric platform. You will oversee design, governance, security, and performance while collaborating with business partners to deliver trusted reporting and data-driven insights.

You will lead migration of SSRS reports to Fabric-native Paginated Reports and Power BI, set enterprise standards, and drive AI governance and Copilot-enabled initiatives across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 6 years in design, development, and support of analytics solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or comparable platforms.
• Experience leading AI, ML, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Prior experience managing people preferred.
• DAX experience and Fabric certifications; Power BI certifications.
• Experience with Azure data and AI services.
• Experience implementing enterprise AI governance and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end analytics, governance, security, and performance on the Fabric platform.
• Serves as primary Fabric administrator including workspace and capacity planning.
• Works with teams to ensure data is available, accurate, and secure for reporting and analytics.
• Facilitates cross-functional collaboration to support data-driven decision making.
• Leads the design, development, and deployment of Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Oversees Fabric architecture and related capabilities ensuring scalability.
• Leads migration of SSRS reports to Fabric Paginated Reports and Power BI.
• Develops enterprise standards, policies, and best practices for data and AI.
• Leads AI/ML initiatives and enterprise AI roadmap including Copilot tech.
• Establishes governance for responsible AI usage and compliance.
