Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Manager of Data & AI Engineering to lead the build-out of an autonomous data intelligence platform for Supply Chain Operations. You will architect, build, and productionize data and AI solutions, while mentoring a high-performing team and partnering with business collaborators.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership with deep technical expertise in cloud-scale data platforms, ETL/ELT, streaming, and GenAI initiatives, and requires strong delivery discipline and governance.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in CS or Information Systems
• 10+ years in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or web app development with at least 3+ years in leadership/engineering management
• Willingness to code and build production systems
• AWS proficiency across S3, EC2, IAM, Lambda, API Gateway
• Agentic AI/LLM mastery: operationalizing LLMs into autonomous agents with multi-step workflows
• Databricks mastery: Spark, PySpark, Delta Lake; Unity Catalog experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data and AI platforms using Databricks and AWS
• Deliver ETL/ELT, streaming, and CDC pipelines with Spark, Kafka, Delta Lake, and AWS services
• Enable AI-powered use cases including RAG apps, AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and data-driven web apps
• Design data models (Star/Snowflake/Data Vault) for analytical performance and governance
• Implement data quality, observability, monitoring for production pipelines
• Build data foundations for GenAI, agentic AI, and multi-agent orchestration
• Partner with product, business, analytics, and AI teams to translate requirements
• Mentor engineers, drive delivery across projects, foster accountability and innovation
• Provide hands-on leadership through architecture reviews and production readiness
