• 8+ years leading technical delivery in agile environments.
• Hands-on with platform operations and data/AI engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Data and AI platform products from ideation to production.
• Drive platform adoption with clear roadmaps, SLAs, and metrics.
• Oversee multi-tenant, self-service platform capabilities on AWS and Databricks.
• Lead hybrid delivery teams and manage sprint planning and release schedules.
• Maintain documentation, architecture references, and runbooks.
