Job summary

Aaon Coil Products Inc. in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a Data and Analytics AI Engineer to design, build, and support enterprise data pipelines, AI solutions, and BI reporting that drive growth and reliability.

You will work across ERP/CRM/HR and finance systems, leverage SQL Server, Azure, Power BI, and AI platforms, mentor teammates, and partner with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in data development, BI, or enterprise integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data pipelines, data models, and integrations across ERP, CRM, HR, finance, and manufacturing systems.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Develop, monitor, and support a portfolio of integrations between internal systems and external providers.
• Lead data migration and consolidation efforts to modernize legacy applications.
• Architect, administer, and optimize SQL Server and other relational databases for enterprise apps.
• Develop enterprise reporting and dashboards using Power BI, SSRS, and related tools.
• Partner with business units to define KPIs and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes using Power Automate and AI platforms.
• Support Azure Data Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and related cloud data services.
