We seek a hands-on Data & AI Business Partner who thrives on execution, strategy implementation, problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement across finance, sales, marketing, and customer success. This role involves collaborating across teams to operationalize our data and AI roadmap, deliver scalable solutions, and foster innovation and learning.

Responsibilities

1. Execute and Evolve Data & Analytics Operations: Implement and refine data & analytics operations to support business needs, ensuring alignment with Siemens’ global data standards.
2. Deliver Practical AI Solutions: Collaborate with Data & AI teams to operationalize AI strategies, lead adoption of AI and automation tools, and drive measurable results.
3. Translate Data into Business Value: Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to empower decision-making and improve operational performance.
4. Collaborate Across the Business: Partner with various teams to understand goals and co-create tailored solutions, supporting shared ownership of outcomes.
5. Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor performance metrics, optimize tools and workflows, and promote a culture of learning and experimentation.
6. Ensure Responsible and Ethical AI Use: Apply Siemens’ AI and cybersecurity frameworks to ensure secure, ethical, and compliant data practices. Lead change management to encourage AI adoption.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in data operations, analytics, AI implementation, or business intelligence.
• 3–5 years in leadership or strategic roles with hands-on delivery experience.
• Proven ability to implement data and AI solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Experience in complex, matrixed environments with a collaborative approach.
• Growth mindset, passion for learning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, ETL tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend, Data Build Tool).
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools such as Azure ML, TensorFlow is a plus.
• Experience with platforms like Snowflake, Collibra, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Expertise in Power BI, Qlik, or similar visualization tools.

Additional Information

Location: Preferably based in Raleigh, NC.

Salary range: $120,540 - $206,640 with a 20% annual incentive target. Benefits details available here.
