Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Data Science consultant to support the AI & Data team, delivering data visualization, dashboards, and analytics for Federal Government projects in Washington, DC. You will work with Databricks, SQL, Python, and R to turn data into actionable insights while partnering with stakeholders on AI use cases.

The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong communication, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field is required.
• 1+ year of experience in business analytics, data analysis, data engineering, data visualization, or data science.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data visualization and dashboard solutions using Tableau to provide analytics insights.
• Lead and review data cleaning scripts using SQL, Python, and Databricks.
• Maintain and enhance dashboards, analytics solutions, and reporting tools for decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, automation, and improved data handling.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and deliver AI/analytics use cases.
• Support business development and internal initiatives, including RFP/RFI responses.
