Guidehouse is seeking a Data Analyst to join our AI & Data Defense and Security Segment for a federal client team. You will provide data analytics, dashboard development, and analytical support, maturing the partnership across the team.

Responsibilities include creating dashboards, analyzing multi-source data, translating needs into outputs, and presenting findings to diverse audiences while growing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three or more years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and visualizations for mission needs.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
• Translate stakeholder questions into analytical outputs and reporting solutions.
• Support ad hoc and recurring data calls and reporting tasks.
• Serve as a generalist across analytics efforts and adapt to changing priorities.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with the Data Analytics Branch to deliver analytics products.
• Contribute to client relationship growth through engagement and professionalism.
• Support analytics process improvements and data-driven decision making.
