Job description

Modern connectivity depends on strong, reliable coverage everywhere people live, work, and gather. As our DAS Project Manager, you'll lead the design, deployment, and delivery of Distributed Antenna Systems that keep stadiums, hospitals, high-rises, campuses, and transit hubs connected. You'll own your projects end to end—turning complex RF and low voltage builds into flawless installations that perform. If you thrive on ownership, momentum, and seeing your work light up entire buildings with signal, this is your role.

What You'll Own

  • Protect profitability. Plan, monitor, and maintain project financial performance to hit company goals—reviewing job cost postings, invoices, collections, and reporting for accuracy.
  • Lead on quality and safety. Set the standard for RF integrity, workmanship, and safety on every headend, node, coax/fiber run, and antenna installation.
  • Win the work. Participate in and help facilitate the bid and estimating process for new DAS opportunities.
  • Be the trusted voice. Serve as the primary liaison between the customer, carriers, and internal teams—keeping stakeholders aligned and confident.
  • Make it better. Create and implement process improvements that sharpen how we deliver DAS projects.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Proven problem-solver and critical thinker with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Skilled at reading and interpreting blueprints, RF design documents, floor plans, specifications, and reporting/quality requirements.
The Technical Edge
  • Hands-on understanding of DAS architecture—headend equipment, remote units/nodes, coaxial and fiber distribution, passive components, and antenna systems (active and passive DAS).
  • Comfortable with trade tools including punch tools (110/66 block), 6/8-position combo crimp tool, Krone/3M/BIX, butt set, volt-ohmmeter, 4-pair continuity tester, and 5-gang punch tool.
  • Ability to learn company and customer project management systems quickly.
The Practical Stuff
  • Able to travel within branch and/or regional territory as needed.
  • Able to secure and maintain a company-sponsored American Express card.
  • Meets company minimum driving standards.
