6AM City, LLC is seeking two DAS Install Technicians for upcoming in-building wireless projects in the VA market. You will join a small team to install, test, and label coax, fiber, and related components, with emphasis on low-voltage cabling, rack and stack, and site surveys.
Responsibilities include working in teams of 3-4 under a lead tech, performing terminations, testing, and documentation. This contract role is onsite in Manassas, VA, with overtime potential and long-term opportunity.

Our customer specializes in 4 major telecommunications categories- LMR (Land Mobile Radio, IBS (in building systems, IDAS), ITS (Intelligent transportation systems), and Physical Security
Our customer has a number of In building projects that they will work on over the next few years, this includes the construction and maintenance of in building wireless access points. They are currently supporting projects in the Federal, State and Local government, and education, transportation, and healthcare field. They have done work with Johns Hopkins, WAMATA, BWI, Ronald Regan Building, and Baltimore Subway systems.
Our customer is looking for 2 DAS Install Technicians that has had 2+ years of experience specific within the wireless space. They will be working on teams of 3-4 with one lead tech and 2-3 technicians. This person must have low volt coax install, rack and stacking, dressing and labeling experience, low voltage, etc.. They should also have some fiber experience testing, terminating, pulling, splicing is a plus, but not necessary. The majority of DAS systems MCA installs is coax and fiber based.
Actual DAS experience is a huge plus!
This includes working with 1/2\" coax, OEM's like: Corning, Commscope, SOLiD, ADRF, Mobile Access...etc
There will be a 40+ hour work week, with the opportunity for overtime. This position is specifically to support the VA market. Top performers will have the opportunity to convert and/or extend. Worse case, 6-months and done.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
