Job summary

EC Wireless is seeking an experienced DAS Technician / Project Manager to provide hands-on technical leadership for DAS and DRAN deployment projects. This is a field-based position with active participation on deployment sites, including pulling and routing cable, installing wireless infrastructure, and performing system testing.

The role begins as a 6-month Contract-to-Hire opportunity, with compensation of $100,000–$120,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on DAS, DRAN, wireless infrastructure, or telecommunications installation experience.
• Experience as a DAS Technician, Wireless Technician, Lead Installer, Field Technician, Crew Lead, Foreman, or similar technical role.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting DAS infrastructure, including coax cable, fiber optic cable, head-end equipment.
• Ability and willingness to perform hands-on installation work daily and lead field activities.
• Valid driver's license; authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Washington, D.C. metro area preferred; travel up to 80% nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on DAS and DRAN installation activities at customer deployment sites.
• Pull, route, terminate, and troubleshoot coaxial and fiber cabling.
• Install antennas, remote units, head-end equipment, racks, and related wireless infrastructure.
• Lead day-to-day field activities from project kickoff through completion.
• Coordinate installation schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and site requirements.
• Track project progress, labor hours, field productivity.
• Ensure work safety per OSHA and customer requirements.
• Prepare field documentation and testing records.
