Job summary

KACE is seeking a Dark Web/Crypto Currency Analyst to support the Analytics Group at National Headquarters. The role involves open-source and dark web intelligence, cryptocurrency tracking, and producing actionable intelligence for investigations.

The analyst will use visual tools to present findings, conduct blockchain analysis, and provide training and subject-matter guidance to inspectors and staff. Requires TS eligibility and strong crypto experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred with 5+ years of relevant crypto investigations.
• Experience with open-source and dark web intelligence gathering.
• Ability to conduct blockchain analysis and trace cryptocurrency flows.
• Knowledge of cyber-criminal marketplaces and darknet activity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct open-source and dark web intelligence to identify targets.
• Track cryptocurrency flows and perform blockchain analysis.
• Create charts and reports using data visualization tools.
• Provide intelligence summaries for USPIS investigations.
• Train inspectors and analysts on cryptocurrency topics.
