Job summary

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years of assembly experience; soldering knowledge and Lean methods are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years assembly experience.
• 2-year post-secondary/AA Degree and 2-4 years prior assembly experience.
• Soldering certification preferred.
• Able to read and follow procedures and maintain quality records.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Test potted modules with various electro-optical test equipment.
• Evaluate, disposition, and rework image intensifier tubes to meet specifications.
• Maintain throughput with high quality in a dark room environment.
• Create and maintain accurate test data and records.
• Interface with production and engineering teams.
• Follow procedures and work instructions to ensure quality and yield goals.
