Qualifications

• Experience working around machinery or in a food processing environment preferred.
• Ability to rotate through multiple production stations.
• Willingness to follow safety, quality, and Lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate dark meat production stations on rotation (grader, line loader, scale operator, box maker, batcher, labeler).
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Adhere to Simmons/LEAN policies and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Assist teammates to achieve daily production targets and maintain workflow.
