Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, banking, or a similar digital support role is highly advantageous.
• Ability to relocate to Athens, Greece, to join our on-site team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support for users of global FinTech payment platforms, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
• Resolve account-related inquiries, payment disputes, and security concerns with precision and professionalism.
• Maintain a deep understanding of evolving FinTech regulations and internal compliance standards to protect customer data.
• Act as a primary point of contact for Danish-speaking clients, delivering empathetic and solutions-oriented customer experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to identify and resolve platform bugs or system inefficiencies.
• Educate users on the secure features and advanced tools available within the digital financial ecosystem.
• Document all interactions accurately within our CRM to maintain the integrity of customer service records.
