US Visiting Forces is seeking a Cargo Specialist/Dangerous Goods Consignor to ensure safe, compliant movement of cargo including hazardous materials and special shipments. The role requires inspecting materials, preparing shipping and customs documents, and supporting clearance procedures in line with DoD, Air Force, NATO, and related rules.

The successful candidate will bring at least one year of specialized experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to translate complex guidance

Competenze

• One year of specialized experience in cargo handling and DG consignor duties.
• Knowledge of DoD/EU/NATO regulations for dangerous goods.
• Ability to identify, assess, and translate regulatory requirements into actionable procedures.

Mansioni

• Inspect hazardous materials, explosives, ammunition, and packaging per regulations.
• Prepare shipping and customs documentation; maintain ledgers and records.
• Support inbound/outbound customs-clearance procedures and special-handling requirements.
